PAN100 Power Affiliate web-stores are supplied by the Prosperity Affiliate Network on a monthly (or yearly) subscription basis. By enrolling into the program a member is provided with a top level domain name on a monthly or yearly rental basis, and hosting of the domain is included in the membership fee which is currently $49 per month or $490 per annum. Once enrolled, a member is entitled to cancel their membership at any time and can do so my logging into their PayPal account and cancelling their subscription. By cancelling a subscription the member will be giving up all their rights to use the domain, and will also lose all rights to sell the products listed on their web-store. If a member decides to cancel their subscription, their access password to the webspace of their web-store and to the PAN100 members' area will be cancelled also.

When a member's monthly or annual membership fee becomes due, PayPal will automatically attempt to charge the renewal fee of to the member's PayPal account, or a credit card that the member has linked to their PayPal account. If PayPal are unable to collect the subscription fee they will automatically make a second attempt one week later, and if this fails also the member's ability to receive any payments for products sold from their web-store will be suspended until such time as their subscription dues have been paid.

Members are not entitled to purchase products from their own web-store by any means other than by purchasing the product at reduced wholesale price. Any member who is found to be purchasing products from their own web-store by any means other than that mentioned above will have their membership suspended immediately, and if they fail to re-purchase the products they previously purchased illegally the correct and legal way, their membership will be terminated. Likewise, if a member is found to be refunding multiple purchases by other people, or if our system administrators have good reason to believe that a member is having other people purchase multiple products from their web-store for them, this will also lead to membership termination if they fail to purchase those same products at reduced wholesale prices legitimately. If a member has their memberhip terminated for breaching these terms of service, or if a member chooses to cancel their subscription for any reason on their own accord, they will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the subscription fees they have paid in advance. If a member cancels their subscription and wishes to reinstate it at a later date, a $20 setup fee will be charged.

By purchasing products at reduced wholesale prices from their web-store, a member is only entitled to use the products they have purchased for the their own personal use. A member is not entitled to resell any product that they have purchased by any means other than through their PAN100 web-store. The reselling or distributing of products in any other way is strictly prohibited and is in breach of the publisher's copyright.

By enrolling into the PAN100 Power Affiliate program, a member is agreeing to the above Terms of Service.
