EBOOKS
All our eBooks are in
Adobe PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. This will already be
installed on most modern systems, but if not it can be downloaded free
from Adobe.com by clicking here.
Most
of our eBooks are supplied in zip folders which is a standard way of
distributing files over the internet, and you will need Winzip, or a
similar utility installed on your computer in order to unpack the file
once it has been downloaded.
All modern computers already come
with a utility for unzipping files pre-installed as standard. If your
computer does not have a suitable utility for this purpose installed
you can download one quickly and easily and at no cost. You can download Winzip from winzip.com by clicking here should

AUDIO FILES
Our audio books are all in standard mp3 format suitable for playing on
any computer, mp3 player, i-pod, etc. They can also be burned to CD for
convenient playing in your car or home stereo, CD/DVD player, etc.
Once you have made your purchase you will be taken to a
special part of the site where you can download the files you have
purchased. Easy to follow instructions are provided on the download
page. If you do run into any problems at all, which is very unlikely,
you can always contact us at our Support Centre, and we will be
happy to help in any way we can.
Downloading times for audio books vary greatly depending on what kind
of Internet connection you have. If you have a broadband connection it
will take just a few minutes per part. If you have a 56k dial-up
connection it will be considerably slower. If a recording is several
hours long we will have split it into several parts to make it easier
to download so even if you are on a slow connection you can start
listening to the first part whilst the others are downloading.
If you experience any difficulties downloading the audio
files, we recommend that you download and install a free
download manager/accelerator by clicking here.
